What we collect: nothing
The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not connect to any server of ours.
Microphone and audio
The app asks for microphone access (or reads the audio input you connect) so it can follow the tempo of your band. The audio is analysed in memory on your device while you use the app and is then discarded. It is never recorded, stored, uploaded or shared. If you load an audio file, it is read on your device and not copied anywhere.
Data stored on your device
The app keeps your settings (for example the style, the knobs, the theme) and a small log of start/stop timings used for diagnostics, in the app's own storage on your device. We cannot see them. They are deleted when you delete the app.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple ID. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription or purchase is active. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you may contact us at info@ritmodigitale.com with any privacy question or complaint, and you may complain to your data protection authority.

If this changes, we will update this page and the date above.

Microfono e audio
L'app chiede l'accesso al microfono (o legge l'ingresso audio che colleghi) per seguire il tempo della tua band. L'audio viene analizzato in memoria sul tuo dispositivo mentre usi l'app e poi scartato. Non viene mai registrato, salvato, caricato o condiviso. Se carichi un file audio, viene letto sul tuo dispositivo e non copiato altrove.
Dati salvati sul dispositivo
L'app conserva le tue impostazioni (per esempio stile, controlli, tema) e un piccolo registro dei tempi di avvio e arresto usato per diagnostica, nello spazio dell'app sul tuo dispositivo. Noi non possiamo vederli. Si cancellano quando elimini l'app.
Acquisti
Abbonamenti e acquisti sono venduti e gestiti da Apple tramite l'App Store. Non riceviamo il tuo nome, i dati di pagamento o il tuo ID Apple. Apple comunica all'app soltanto se il tuo abbonamento o acquisto è attivo. All'acquisto si applica l'informativa di Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Minori
L'app non è rivolta ai minori e non raccoglie dati personali di nessuno.
